QuickStart Intelligenceis looking forB2G - Military Account Manager, with
hi-tech sales management experience as well as solid employee development
skills. Technical industry experience and corporate level business sales
management is preferred but not required.

A successfulB2G - Military Account Manageris
highly motivated and self-driven, who
will be sellingQuickStarttraining solutions (Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Cisco, ITIL, Project Management,
etc. . .) to government organizations. Blending a strong work ethic and
outstanding communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills,
with a strategic business and consultative approach to selling is necessary in
order to exceed goals.
Essential Responsibilities,
include but are not limited to:

  • Identify, forecast, and attain sales objectives and revenue goals
  • Work with current accounts to cross sell and upsell
  • Work on new opportunities to attain sales/revenue goals within a particular territory
  • Help comply with the Federal regulations
  • Lead QuickStart to get on a GSA schedule, GI Bill, MyCAA, etc.
  • Manage and grow the Federal team
  • Highly organized with strong attention to details
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Travel to client sites within region may be required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill


Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of selling to the federal government
  • Managed a federal sales team for at least two (2) years
  • Former military experience preferred
  • Ability to train and motivate account managers
  • Great ability to recruit top quality sales reps and retain them
  • Good understanding of the company mission and working towards a common goal
  • Articulate QuickStart values and services
  • Build strong client relationships and satisfaction to ensure repeat business
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated for new challenges to successfully deliver results
  • Strategic planning to build stable business flow
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
