E-Commerce Customer Service Stylist

Full Time

Contemporary knitwear brand, NAKEDCASHMERE, is currently looking to add to our E-Commerce Customer Service Team.

The ideal candidate has a POSITIVE can-do attitude, is a fast learner, very much team-oriented, and has experience interfacing with high end clientele. The ideal candidate is fashion-forward and detail oriented, we call our customer service representatives Stylists!

Job Description

  • Provide the highest level of service to customer inquiries regarding online purchases and returns via phone, chat, ticketing software, email, and SMS portals
  • Assist customers with placing orders as well as researching order history through Shopify
  • Familiarizing oneself with extensive product knowledge, and asking peers any questions along the way
  • Take corrective action and process replacement orders when necessary
  • Assist customers with product selection, styling, answer basic questions, and suggest alternative product options
  • Provide product information to customers upon request
  • Maintain a calm tone through all channels of communication regardless of customer’s complaint or frustration
  • Track and follow up on problems to ensure they have been completely resolved
  • Understand products and anticipate issues that customers may experience -- exceed customer’s expectations
  • Create spreadsheets and reports as needed
  • Maintain a teamwork atmosphere and take on the opportunity to be cross-trained
  • Be willing to learn and grow with the team for future assignments
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Required Experience with Customer Service in the Fashion industry
  • Preferred Experience: Outlook, Slack, Zendesk, Shopify, Loop
  • Strong grammar, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence
  • Must be detailed oriented

Experience

  • Customer Service: 1+ Year, preferable ecommerce
