What are we looking for in you to become a crucial part of our marketing team?

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be charged with creating and implementing lead generation campaigns and the management of brand integrity across digital marketing and email platforms. You will use current and historical data, business objectives/goals, and UX best practices to make informed recommendations that will significantly impact lead generation performance.

Here's a summary of what you will do:

  • Create compelling content for organic and paid digital programs
  • Drive execution with a core focus on performance and re-engagement marketing efforts to scale, grow, expand channel mix, and lead generation
  • Establish data collection and lead attribution to track channel performance, making tactical decisions within channels
  • Design and run tests to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Execute personalized, iterative content development processes
  • Manage lead gen programs on digital platforms including, but not limited to, email marketing, SEM, SEO, social media, display, and programmatic.
  • Monitor lead performance and make spend and content adjustments as needed to maximize ROI
  • Monitor and track digital marketing budget and reconcile every month.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital marketing (agency experience is a plus)
  • Data-minded with strong analytical sensibilities and the ability to drive and dig into the analytics process and champion insights
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or other tracking software
  • Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager experience
  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns)
  • Experience in marketing automation systems such as Hubspot or Marketo
  • Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising
  • An understanding of programmatic advertising
  • History of building custom reports in a data visualization tool (in-platform report builders, advanced Excel reporting, or a PowerBI/Tableau background)

Education/Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent experience
  • Any of the following is a plus: Google Digital Marketing Certification, LinkedIn Digital Marketing Certificate, Facebook Blueprint Certification, Google Ads Marketing Certification, YouTube Certification, Google Analytics Certification, or a Digital Marketing certification from an accredited institution
