Looking for an experienced Project Manager in the doors, frame and hardware industry. This is a very profitable and progressive company who is actively looking to hire a Project Manager.
This individual will be working with owners, designers and contractors to provide door opening design, budget and hard bid estimating. Also procuring, reviewing and performing material take offs and labor take offs as well as communicating and maintaining a professional relationship with their clients.
This person will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating final contract amounts and scope with owners and contractors. Defining, preparing and maintaining budgets and schedules.
A minimum of 2 years experience is preferred.
$65,000+ per year
