We help transform our client's homes and work places by offering a wide variety of products that add beauty and comfort to every space.The Installed Services Resolution Specialist contributes to 3 Day Blind's success by successfully resolving internal inquiries via telephone and email. They ensure our Installers receive the support necessary to conduct business and increase metrics. If this sounds like it could be you, read on!HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE Take incoming calls/reports from installers regarding installations in process Resolve reported issues and take action to complete install Place reorders, return trips and ensure the issues are resolved in full Communication resolutions, expectations and actions being taken with Clients Provide Installer support/technical advice Handle escalated clients through resolution Email Support and resolution Self-Manage metrics to ensure goals are met and availability and adherence allow coverage for our call centerATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS Strong communication skills Enthusiastic, high energy, positive approach to solving problems Ability and desire to learn complex product line and ordering process Attention to detail Quality focused decision making skills Organizational skills Problem solving Team Player Flexibility in following a scheduleREQUIRED Ability to navigate multiple computer programs Identify and execute resolution on a variety of installation service issues using urgency and follow up Consistently meet service levels for availability, response time, follow up and follow through. Adapt to change, learn new skills and retain information Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with others and contribute as an effective team memberPREFERRED High school diploma or equivalent work experience Customer service background preferable Experience identifying and resolving issues in a customer service environment Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computer skills required Window Covering Knowledge, continuous learning and technical ability a plus
