We are seeking a Principal Re-entry Staffing Partner to join our team. The Principal Re-entry Staffing Partner will focus on designing and implementing strategies to identify and recruit second chance candidates for employment opportunities with our clients.

Hybrid opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships within local and national second chance communities by identifying and partnering with organizations and programs that are focused on assisting individuals on second chance opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach and build applicant sources by researching and connecting with local and national diverse community organizations and community service providers. Establish program partnerships. Create advertising and collateral. Host/attend events. Manage outreach campaigns. Conduct community outreach project management.
  • Drive and present candidates for employment opportunities; Attract, recruit, screen, interview, onboard new reentry associates for current and future openings.
  • Build a pipeline of prospective candidates through professional networking, targeted community outreach and recruitment events, employer sites, recruiting at job fairs, community colleges, and other centers of influence that support employment for returning citizens.
  • Grow brand recognition and highlight 2Cs second chance mission within the second chance community both from an applicant and client focus.
  • Cultivate relationships and engagement activities through research and networking.
  • Establish and provide weekly status updates, regular reporting and metrics regarding new partnerships, candidate pipeline, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Minimum of 8 years of client interface experience.
  • Must have recruiting experience AND experience working with community outreach programs and/or social service organizations. Experience working within the second chance arena is strongly desired. Experience recruiting with a focus on Re-entry for previously incarcerated individuals preferred.
  • Strong full life cycle recruiting skills - ability to source, identify and successfully close candidates.
  • Understanding of compliance and experience working within an ATS; experience with iCIMS preferable.
  • Ability to run effective community outreach campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask while successfully meeting competing deadlines.
  • Ability to develop solutions for community partnerships and clients and communicate 2Cs mission to support the need.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to include strong presentation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in working with diverse individuals and special needs populations.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining long-term relationships and networks.
  • Must be able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
