Qualifications:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Sales and Marketing Department Managers, and their related section managers.
Basic job duties may include but are not limited to:
Compose communications as required; maintain follow up file; perform required filing tasks
Maintain up to date mailing and telephone lists - serve as a national resource from Headquarters
Act as a liaison between internal and field employees
Answer phones, screen calls, and channel inquiries to proper functional areas
Assemble sales records; maintain all record retention files for future reference, etc.
Schedule appointments and travel arrangements via Concur or World Travel as requested
Coordinate department vacation schedules and/or group meetings
Verify Sales Planning Calendar and Sales Vacation Calendar on a monthly basis
Prepare Field Employees Expenses reports for viewing/editing/approving
Prepare and Process Field Employees Apparel Orders adhering to current Client Policy and keeping accurate files on all completed orders
Assist in marketing event preparations as requested
