Program Analyst / EW Subject Matter Expert

Operational expertise in military warfighting related to Electronic Warfare or Acquisition Program experience to support government programs that drive requirements definition, resource allocation, advanced capabilities and technologies, acquisition and logistics support for Naval Aviation manned and unmanned platforms.
Operational support to specified programs and directed technical efforts.
Provide subject matter expertise on current and future capabilities.
Analyze, manage, and support advanced systems studies.
Analyze science and technology capability lifecycles and transition of capability.
Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and information.
Develop and analyze program/project status, schedules, and milestones.
Draft, review, and organize POM issue sheet development.
Coordinate and facilitate program meetings and reviews.
Prepare briefing materials for Program leadership.
Represent program leadership at various meetings and provide feedback and recommendations, as required.
Assist in coordinating planned EW capabilities across NAVAIR program offices.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
- 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 10+ years in program management or Navy acquisition program
- Active TOP SECRET clearance. (Note: active SECRET clearance with TOP SECRET eligibility may be considered for otherwise well qualified candidates)
- USN / USMC / USAF Junior Officer tour(s).
- Former VAQ Pilot/EWO
- VX (test) experience, Squadron Tactics Instructor.
- Experience in system acquisition to include development, integration, and fielding of capabilities.
- Technical Degree, PMP, MBA or other advanced degree
- SCI Eligible
- NAS Patuxent River, MD
- 10-25% contract dependent
