This job is all about taking care of the customer. We need friendly human beings that live to take care of people. In this opportunity you will be:
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting customers with questions about products, pricing, and service
- Working with the logistics team to improve service
- Finalizing product orders for customers
- Warranty resolution
- Pretty much being awesome at being you- since you live to service that customer!!
