Job Description

The Social Worker for Adoption Management, located in our West Springfield office, provides services throughout Western, MA and beyond, including child and family assessments, specialized case management for children in foster care with goals of adoption and family assessment and support for prospective foster-to-adopt and kinship families. Strong clinical and writing skills and relevant experience with children and families required. Must work well within a team. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum LSWA required, Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field with a clinical license or licensing eligibility preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
