System Administrator

Here at 12 Points Technologies, we are a security-focused MSP delivering innovative customer-centric solutions to support and solve problems for a wide range of industries — and we are currently seeking a System Administrator to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will provide top-notch technology assistance to our customers using your issue assessment, troubleshooting and remediation skill sets. You will work with complex systems, contributing to the design, development, and integration of services within them at every stage of the life cycle, as well as provide Help Desk/End User support to our client base, including troubleshooting, monitoring, updating, and patching. The position will require some on-call after-hours availability and may include weekends if necessary.
