Job Description

Seeking a smiling, energetic and detailed oriented person who enjoys working with people to work in a busy and fast paced office with great benefits.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

  • Schedules site checks, evaluation and installation appointments
  • Answers incoming calls and secures consultation appointments
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Handles collections
  • Coordinates with sales, management, accounting, and other groups to maintain a consistent workflow
  • Utilizes the business software system to record and process the work flow
  • Coordinate the daily work efforts with all aspects of the organization
  • Maintain customer files in an organized and confidential manner
  • Track and order inventory
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Pulling and compiling required reports
  • Acquires all necessary permits
  • Greets and handles all customer inquiries in the showroom and over the phone

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Organizational skills a must
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Phone sales skills
