The Role:

Our growing team is looking for Tax Advisors to a ssist our clients with all of their tax needs and tax related questions. In this opportunity, you will advise clients on all thing tax related!! Our staff is rich with both seasoned accountants and new members and we provide great growth opportunities.

This is a full timefully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and advise a high volume of small/start-up business owners within various industries to be compliant with federal and state regulations

• Build relationships with clients to assist with their tax needs on an ongoing basis

• Follow designed workflows and procedures to ensure clients meet set deadlines

• Working knowledge of general business practices and ability to demonstrate business and financial acumen

• Be the point of contact for providing guidance and support of 1-800Accountants accounting portal system

• Timely and professional communication with clients via softphone/messaging system

• Guide clients through the bookkeeping software and review financials for accuracy

• Follow up with members of the team to ensure that the completion of tasks align with your tax strategy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree

• 2+ years experience with personal and small business taxation

• Proficiency in related technologies; spreadsheets, tax prep and bookkeeping software

• Adaptable with process and system changes

• Up to date on the latest tax codes

• Conflict resolution skills

• Capable of building strong client relationships over the phonewhileremainingcommitted to 1-800Accountants vision and objectives

• Enrolled Agent License and/or CPA Certification (preferred)

Compensation:

$60K- $70K depending on experience
