Territory Account Manager (B2B IT Services)
Territory: New Jersey, NY metro area, and eastern PA
Location: must live in territory, ability to commute to NJ headquarters once per week
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (1st yr OTE $120k-$150k) + Incentives

Territory Account Manager (B2B IT Services) Description

Our client in the managed IT and security services industry is looking for a motivated and energetic Territory Account Manager to add to their team. You will be responsible for maintaining existing vendor accounts as well as developing new client accounts within the company’s geographical footprint by preparing and implementing sales strategies for services and product offerings. To be successful in this role, you must be technology savvy, skilled in relationship building, and detail oriented with exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills. This is a great opportunity to join an exceptional team with a strong presence in their market.

Territory Account Manager (B2B IT Services) Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined account list
• Build and maintain long term relationships with clients & vendors
• Negotiate contracts and close sales
• Obtain new business and exceed annual territory sales budget
• Develop and maintain a full pipeline of prospective clients
• Provide timely and accurate pipeline report, account plans, and account management activities
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence
• Report to headquarter office in New Jersey once a week (Mondays)

Territory Account Manager (B2B IT Services) Qualifications

• 2+ years of network and/or security solutions experience required
• Experience in sales and/or business development preferred
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail, and Internet functions required
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Willingness/ability to travel within coverage area up to 60% of the time required
