Location: fully remote position
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 DOE + Commission + Benefits

Typical Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm ET; flexible

Sales Manager (Remote; B2B VAR or Enterprise Exp. Req.; $70-$120k) Description

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Sales Manager to add to their team in Fort Lauderdale, FL, though this is a fully remote position. Reporting to the Vice President of Global Sales, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating sales activities with field personnel within the assigned territory. To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret industry technical journals, regulations, financial reports, and legal documents. B2B VAR (Value Added Reseller), or Enterprise sales experience, or experience with worker safety software/hardware is required. Sales Manager (Remote; B2B VAR or Enterprise Exp. Req.; $70-$120k) Responsibilities

• Generate sales to Marine, Value Added Reseller (VAR), and military/government agencies
• Enroll new VARs and manage ongoing relationship
• Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
• Prepare contracts, offers, prices, terms, and specifications for customer submission
• Travel throughout the territory, calling on customers and prospects
• Engage in activities that promote the sales of the product within the area
• Prepares sales call summary reports
• Analyze sales statistics to formulate company policy recommendations
• Conduct market analysis annually
• Recommend product line simplification and standardization
• Represent company at trade association meetings
• Organize company exhibit in concert with appropriate company and trade personnel
• Liaise between customers and company departments on behalf of customer
• Analyze and control expenditures related to sales activities
• Collaborate to prepare manuals, technical publications, forecasts, and inventory management
• Prepare monthly sales performance report
• Provide input and support for the development of related collateral material

Sales Manager (Remote; B2B VAR or Enterprise Exp. Req.; $70-$120k) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• B2B Value Added Reseller or Enterprise sales experience required
• Experience forecasting revenue and developing budgets required
• Ability/willingness to travel up to 50%, domestically and internationally required
