Operations & Administrative Assistant Description
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Operations & Administrative Assistant to add to their team in Acton, MA. You will be responsible for supporting business operations related to their portfolio of services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting administrative or business operations functions and is also computer savvy with robust organizational skills. To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter that can prioritize competing tasks, work independently and exhibit strong communication skills; written, face-to-face, and on the phone. Operations & Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
• Answer client service requests, document issues, and assess priority
• Create & issue POs
• Coordinate service request resolutions and schedule appointments
• Assist with the sourcing of services, equipment, and parts
• Organize and execute client service deliverables
• Update databases as needed
• Support the annual update of service contracts
• Invoice service contracts for vendors and clients
• Create & work in Excel spreadsheets that have linked data from multiple workbooks
• Support logistics-related tasks
Operations & Administrative Assistant Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience supporting operations or administrative functions is required
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, including sorting, & filtering is required
• Ability to work in the office daily is required
• Reliable transportation is required
