Our client is looking for an Industrial Service Specialist to join their team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Our client specifically seeks an individual with technical manufacturing or industrial experience, preferably with piping or pumping equipment.

HYBRID Industrial Service Specialist (Pipes/Pumps exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Resolve complex mechanical, process, and logistical issues
• Respond to customer inquiries
• Understand technical specifications, plan drawings, and equipment details
• Enter and track service orders in ERP and CRM systems
• Document and track customer issues or inquiries in the customer service issue log
• Coordinate RGAs, in-house repairs, field services, and training
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain detailed records

HYBRID Industrial Service Specialist (Pipes/Pumps exp. req.) Qualifications

• Experience with industrial operations, piping, or pumping equipment required
• Strong mechanical aptitude required
• Client-facing experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
