Human Resources Administrator (1+ yrs. HRIS data entry exp. req.)
Location: Littleton, CO
Salary: $52,000 - $57,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Benefits

Human Resources Administrator (1+ yrs. HRIS data entry exp. req.) Description

Our client sells industrial products across many business locations and is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to add to their team in Littleton, CO. This is an in-office position with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays, once fully trained. You will play a lead role in HRIS system data entry and also support with employee file maintenance, information requests, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with HRIS data management, a strong commitment to accuracy, and will have the professionalism to effectively handle sensitive HR issues. To be successful, you must be a self-starter that can effectively prioritize your workload and maintain a high-level of organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with the desire and aptitude to expand their knowledge of Human Resources and join a well-established company with the potential for long-term career growth.

Human Resources Administrator (1+ yrs. HRIS data entry exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Complete HRIS system data entry including employee onboarding, offboarding & status updates
• Respond to requests for HR related data & information
• Run background checks, drug screens, and MVR checks for all new hires
• Ensure proper processing of New Hires and Terminations
• Employee record filing
• Convert employee files to digital records
• Support with the reconciliation of invoices related to employee benefits
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of human resources forms or documents
• Provide assistance with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
• Support with special projects as needed
• Meet deadlines by utilizing strong organizational, planning, and data management skills

Human Resources Administrator (1+ yrs. HRIS data entry exp. req.) Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with data entry within an HRIS is required
• Basic understanding of HR principals is required
• High integrity and professionalism with confidential information is required
• Tech savvy mindset is required with the willingness to expand Excel skillset as needed
