Data Analyst (HYBRID, Product Management exp. req.) Description

Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a Data Analyst to add to their team in Marietta, GA. You will be responsible for conducting competitive market analysis in multiple states to create profitable pricing structures. To be successful in this role, you must be knowledgeable in statistical and mathematical data analysis techniques such as linear regression, logistic regression, generalized linear models, and cluster analysis. An advanced level of Excel and PowerPoint is a must, along with some database experience such as SQL, SAS, or R. You will work onsite Monday-Friday for the first 2-3 weeks to settle in and get acclimated, then enjoy a flexible hybrid schedule working from home 3 days per week. Data Analyst (HYBRID, Product Management exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Prepare reports on financial performance for business lines
• Communicate results with management teams
• Participate in development and implementation of product plans
• Support distribution management planning and activities
• Work closely with Product Manager to support rollout of existing products
• Participate in analyzing results
• Develop alternative solutions if revenue targets are not met
• Work to create and file rates, rules and forms
• Follow up with regulatory authorities
• Ad-hoc product management analysis

Data Analyst (HYBRID, Product Management exp. req.) Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1+ year of product management experience required
• 1+ year of data analytics experience required
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience required
• Database knowledge such as SQL, SAS, R required
