Location: Between Stockton, CA and Visalia, CA
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (1st year OTE $90,000 - $125,000+) + Benefits

[Remote] Outside Sales Executive Description

Our client is looking for Outside Sales Executives to add to their team between Madera, CA and Bakersfield, CA. You will be assigned to the Northern/Central California territory. While everything is currently remote, you should be open to driving to visit prospects/clients face-to-face weekly and visiting the office once per week post-COVID. 70% of your time will be spent hunting for new business, while 30% of your time will be spent strategically growing existing accounts. If you’re a well-rounded, hard-working, honest salesperson with a “can do” attitude and experience selling IT services or products (think MSP, cloud products, VoIP, telecom, etc.), you could be a great addition to their team. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a growing, essential business that has thrived over the past year.

[Remote] Outside Sales Executive Responsibilities

•    Manage sales cycle 
•    Research and develop new leads
•    Qualify sales leads 
•    Manage pipeline development
•    Close sales
•    Drive conversations with prospects
•    Meet face-to-face with prospects and customers (virtual meetings are an option due to COVID)
•    Uncover opportunities
•    Clearly articulate solutions
•    Nurture business relationships
•    Grow existing and new accounts

[Remote] Outside Sales Executive Qualifications

•    5+ years of outside sales experience required
•    Sales “hunting” experience required
•    Experience selling software, SaaS, telecom and/or IT products/services required
•    Experience selling to C-level contacts required
•    Must be able to articulate the defined sales process you follow
•    CRM experience required
•    HubSpot and Office 365 experience a plus
•    Driver’s License required
•    Remote work (and sales) experience a plus
