Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for an Insurance Inspection Operations Director to add to their team in the United States. Reporting to the owner and CEO, you will be responsible for managing the entire field survey team and the P&L of the division. To be successful in the role, you must have a minimum of five years of management experience in the insurance industry, understand how to effectively and efficiently run a remote field team, and have successfully managed the P&L for your team. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your career and run the Underwriting Sales Division autonomously!

[REMOTE] Insurance Inspection Operations Director Responsibilities

• Lead the survey field team
• Develop team goals and objectives
• Utilize technical knowledge of underwriting to ensure the team meets objectives
• Manage the P&L for the survey sales division
• Align the staffing needs to the customer base
• Develop relationships with key clients
• Ensure customers are nurtured and updated
• Present field team with company changes or product updates

[REMOTE] Insurance Inspection Operations Director Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Technical knowledge of insurance survey and inspection industry required
• 5+ years of previous management experience required
• Fluent in Microsoft Office required
• Ability to travel monthly required
