Responsibilities of a Direct Marketing Associate:
Develop and maintain product, program, and service knowledge, and regularly reviews product lines for market needs and financial sales goals.
Ensures localization and adaption of the approach based on audience and geography
Demonstrate and provide our customers with accurate product knowledge and information building a sense of trust with residential homeowners
Meet with potential consumers, handle new inquiries and establish new customer accounts by promoting new products and sales promotions
Devising direct marketing campaigns with Account Managers in line with the organization’s marketing strategy
Making sure all direct marketing falls within brand guidelines, representing our clients in a positive and professional light
Requirements of a Direct Marketing Associate:
1 year of sales, marketing or client-facing experience
Associated or bachelors degree preferred
Ability to work effectively both in a team atmosphere and independently
Professional grooming and demeanor
Ability to develop strong relationships and influences in the community
