However, I read that there is an extra charge for posting on Monster on this site. Thus, it did not appear to be part of the actual package. Is this correct?

  • Rachel Dotson

    Hi Tamara,

Rachel here, from ZipRecruiter. You’re correct that Monster postings are not included in the monthly subscription. Similar to sponsoring a job on Indeed or posting to craigslist, we offer Monter as an (optional) upgrade for users who want extra visibility for their job postings. We also offer great discounts on Monster postings. Please let us know if you have further questions

    Thanks!

    Rachel,
Hello. You mentioned that you could offer “great discounts on Monster postings”. What is your discounted rate? I am preparing to post on Monster directly and am aware of their fees, etc.
I would prefer to post via ZipRecruiter so that my posting could be seen by so many seekers.
    Please advise.

    Thank you,
    Lisa Caudle

      Hi Lisa,

Thanks for being in touch. I just sent you an email with the current details of our Monster posting. Please let me know if you have any further questions!

      Best,

      Rachel

    Hi Rachel,

    1. Do we need a Monster account?

    2. How is the Monster application processed? For example if a job seeker applies on the Monster website how is it processed?

    3. Do all of the other job sites we can post to bring the job seeker back to ziprecruiter when they click an apply button on the other sites? We’d like to manage all of our applicants in one location.

    4. Will our online interview questions be presented?

    • Rachel Dotson

      Hi Tim,

      Thanks for your questions!

      1) No, you do not need a Monster account to post your jobs there via ZipRecruiter.

2 & 3) Applicants from all job boards, including Monster, will apply on ZipRecruiter.com. We’ll organize them into a single list, where you can rate, label, and share them with your hiring team. Here’s a blog post that shows you what the list looks like: http://blog.ziprecruiter.com/2013/02/05/ziprecruiter-my-job-candidates-update/. Click the image in the post to see a larger version of the “My Candidates” page.

      4) Your online interview questions will be presented to all applicants, as they will apply on ZipRecruiter regardless of the job board they came from.

Please let me know if any of this is unclear or if you have any further questions. You can also reach us at support@ziprecruiter.com and at (877) 252-1062 (M-F 7am-5pm PT)

Thanks again and have a wonderful weekend.
