One-Year-Old Teacher Job Description:
  • The One-Year-Old Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 12 to 24 months.
  • Responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with feeding, diapering, and daily routines, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, promoting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, communicating with parents regarding their child’s progress, and ensuring compliance with all licensing regulations and center policies.
  • The teacher must demonstrate patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
