Grant Writer / Business Development Specialist
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: Starting at $60,000 annually, DOE

TDL Staffing is seeking an experienced Grant Writer with a strong background in business development to support a growing organization in Fairbanks. This position plays a key role in identifying funding opportunities, preparing competitive grant proposals, and supporting organizational growth through strategic funding initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple grant projects while working collaboratively with leadership and program teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Research and identify public and private grant opportunities
  • Write, edit, and submit grant proposals, applications, and supporting documentation
  • Track submission deadlines, reporting requirements, and award timelines
  • Work with leadership to develop funding strategies and business development goals
  • Prepare budgets, narratives, and compliance documentation for grant applications
  • Maintain organized records of grants, awards, and reporting obligations
