Location: Remote
Experience: 6-8 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations across HCM, Payroll, and Finance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday integration tools, data transformation, and third-party system integrations including ADP.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using:
    • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
    • Core Connectors
    • Workday Studio
    • Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems such as ADP and other enterprise applications
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions
  • Utilize XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and web services for data transformation and mapping
  • Perform unit, system, and regression testing, including Workday semi-annual release support
  • Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis
  • Ensure integration security, compliance, data privacy, and governance standards are maintained
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams during implementation and production support
  • Maintain technical documentation and integration specifications
  • Support performance tuning and optimization of integrations
