Job Summary: The dispatcher will monitor fuel inventories, be responsible for creating scheduled and or re-occurring deliveries. They will schedule customer deliveries as requested by the sales group. The dispatcher will make every effort to accommodate the individual requests of the customer. The dispatcher is responsible for dispatching and setting up daily routes on the delivery trucks.

Essential Functions

  • Primary dispatcher for branch tank wagon Fuel trucks.
  • Monitor inventories
  • Schedule deliveries for monitored tanks and others as required.
  • Resolve driver issues
  • Review for accuracy and prepare fueling documents for data processing.
  • Responsible for Workbench TW inventory reconciliation 
  • Ability to multitask
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
