Graphic Artist – Embroidery 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Graphic Artist for a company based in Largo, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine creativity and technical expertise in a fast-paced production environment, helping transform customer artwork into high-quality embroidered products for a nationally recognized promotional products company. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy graphic design, production artwork, and working with advanced embroidery technology.

Schedule and Hours
1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PMGraphic Artist – Embroidery  Duties and Responsibilities
  • Transform artwork and customer designs into digital embroidery files for production.
  • Review artwork throughout various stages of completion and discuss necessary changes with supervisors and production teams.
  • Determine logo sizing, stitch density, underlay settings, and thread color selections for embroidery projects.
  • Review push/pull compensation, entry/exit points, lettering, and object placement to ensure high-quality embroidery results.
  • Prepare sequence sheets and digital files for embroidery machine production.
  • Process artwork change requests from the production floor in a timely manner.
  • Review artwork compatibility and suitability for specific products and materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all company safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with production staff to ensure customer specifications and company quality standards are met.
Graphic Artist – Embroidery Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs required.
  • Ability to successfully complete Wilcom digitizing training provided on-site.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous digitizing, embroidery, printing, or production artwork experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment while meeting deadlines and quotas.
