Job description

Junge Ford & BMW of North Liberty is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for transporting customers safely and efficiently to and from the dealership while providing excellent customer service. This role also includes assisting with shop up-keep (disposal of scrap, cardboard, etc.) The ideal candidate is punctual, courteous, and committed to maintaining a positive representation of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely transport customers to and from designated locations
  • Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service
  • Assist with up-keep around the shop when not shuttling
  • Maintain a clean and well-kept shuttle vehicle at all times
  • Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies
  • Coordinate with service advisors regarding customer transportation needs
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
  • Support dealership operations with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age (or per insurance requirements)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to navigate local roads and use GPS effectively
  • Previous driving or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to use cell phone application for vehicle pick up/delivery tracking
