Compensation: $45.00 per hour
SignOn Bonus: (Full time) $3,000
Your Role in the Organization:
Theprimary purpose of the job position is to provide direct nursing care to theresidents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed bynursing assistants. Qualifications:
Musthave a valid unencumbered nursing license. Must have valid CPR/BLScertification or be willing to obtain during orientation.
Essential Elements of your Job
โข Leadand support all functions related to quality for care for our residences.
โข Directthe day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
โข Participatein facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
โข Completeprocesses and paperwork related to Admission, transfer and discharge of ourresidents.
โข Receivetelephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians' Order Form.Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication recordstreatment/care plans, as required.
โข Chartnurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the careprovided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
