Position Overview:
As a CNC Machinist at Natoli, you will set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes, with the potential to assist in light programming based on experience. This is a hands-on role in a climate-controlled, organized facility where quality and precision are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC equipment for production runs
Generate or troubleshoot CNC programs as needed
Inspect parts using measuring tools and adjust machines as required
Make tooling changes and modify tool geometry when necessary
Perform light machine maintenance (oil, grease, etc.)
Keep your work area clean and well-organized
Work independently and uphold company quality standards
Required Skills and Attributes:
Self-motivated with the ability to work with little or no supervision
Knowledge of G and M code
Experience with Mazatrol, Mastercam or Fanuc controls helpful
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Skilled in the use of micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
Capable of lifting and carrying trays or materials up to 50 lbs.
Schedule:
2nd shifts are available - 3:30-12am - Mon-Friday
Weekend shifts Friday-Sunday
