Position Overview


Forte Sports Medicine is seeking a full-time Rehabilitation Technician to join our busy Rehabilitative Services Department. The position will be at our Carmel, Indiana facility. 

Department hours are Monday-Friday 7am-6:30pm.  The position will require a mix of early shift and late shift days. No weekends.
This position is responsible for various duties within the rehab department, including, but not limited to,

  • Assisting therapy providers with care of patients
  • Preparing supplies and equipment for therapy sessions
  • Maintaining equipment and notifying therapists of any concerns
  • Performing routine, non-clinical patient care tasks
  • Administrative duties including: completing paperwork, maintaining patient files, answering phones/calling patients, data entry, running reports, checking patients in/out, scheduling follow-ups
  • Keeping a clean and organized rehab environment.  


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in healthcare or fitness industry is desirable
  • Data entry and computer skills
  • Desire to serve in a support position and fill in where needed
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service to both staff and clients
  • Flexibility and managing multiple priorities in a busy rehab environment 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • College Degree, required
