Job description

We are looking for a Product Owner of the Web team who will support the development of brand websites' optimizations & innovations. In this role, you will own the prioritization & management of the web backlog and also define the future roadmap. You will drive the investigation, evaluation and integration, from the business needs identification to strategic orientation in regard to design, development, deployment and ensure continuous improvement.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

  • In collaboration with BRP marketers and development teams, develop and manage the product roadmap for BRP's marketing technology tools and services, aligning product improvements to support BRP's Digital roadmap, the organizational vision, the business goals and opportunities focused on customer needs.

  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and are aligned with product/marketing strategy and larger business needs.

  • Define product KPIs and success metrics; monitor performance, identify and drive improvement opportunities.

  • Plan, prioritize, and refine the product backlog.

  • Work with marketing stakeholders and other product owners to streamline efforts.

  • Proactively communicate backlog status and ensure transparency between development team and marketing stakeholders.

  • Participate in iterative planning, ensure requirements are well defined, and make sure user stories are easily understood and actionable for the development team.

  • Lead the planning of functionality release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.

  • Maintain and grow a deep knowledge of the retail and automotive industries, specifically from the point of view of how technology is being applied to enhance the customer experience from shopping to purchase and experience.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or digital project management or a related field

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Digital marketing or IT projects

  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) would be a plus

  • Experience in leading other POs would be a plus

  • Capacity to think outside the box

  • Autonomous, you have the leadership and the drive to radiate positive and innovative thinking helping you and your team to deliver challenging projects

  • Strong capacities to summarize and transform information and data into insights

  • Capacity to efficiently manage several projects at the same time

  • Facility to build relationship and trust with key stakeholders
