Breakout Escape Games is looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Operations Manager to help drive marketing execution across 30+ locations nationwide.
This role is the operational engine behind our marketing team owning campaign execution, email/SMS deployment, marketing systems, listings management, vendor coordination, and store communication and marketing support.
Were looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves keeping things organized, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role requires someone who can take ownership quickly, manage multiple moving pieces at once, and operate with a high level of follow-through and accountability.

Responsibilities


Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Manage execution of promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
  • Own the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, vendors, and locations
  • Ensure campaigns launch accurately and consistently

Email & SMS Marketing

  • Build and deploy company-wide email and SMS campaigns
  • Manage automated flows and campaign scheduling
  • Coordinate audience segmentation and targeting
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Platform & System Management

  • Manage marketing-related setup within Resova and related platforms
  • Configure promo codes, pricing settings, waiver messaging, and upsells
  • Coordinate setup for new room launches and promotions

Website & Digital Coordination

  • Coordinate homepage banners, room pages, promotions, and announcements
  • Work with web and creative vendors to maintain accurate website content

Listings & Reputation Management

  • Maintain business listings across Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, TripAdvisor, Bing, and SOCi
  • Update hours, photos, closures, and location information
  • Review and approve guest review responses

Store Communication & Support

  • Serve as a marketing contact for store leadership teams
  • Communicate promotions, launches, and campaign details
  • Coordinate ordering of signage and in-store marketing materials
  • Help maintain consistency across all locations

Vendor Coordination

  • Manage day-to-day communication with agency and platform partners
  • Track timelines, approvals, and deliverables
  • Keep projects moving forward and organized

Process Improvement & AI

  • Improve workflows, systems, and documentation
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and organization
  • Help streamline repetitive tasks and operational processes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, marketing execution, or similar operational roles
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Experience working with vendors, agencies, or external partners
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and platforms
  • Ability to work independently while staying highly collaborative
Preferred Experience
Experience with platforms such as:
  • Google Business Profile
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Attentive or similar email/SMS platforms
  • SOCi or listings/reputation tools
  • Marketing automation systems

Multi-location, franchise, hospitality, entertainment, or operational support experience is a plus.
