Your New Role...
The Manager, Publicity & Operations is responsible for spearheading the accounting and budgeting for the Warner Bros. Television Group publicity department as it pertains to the campaigns for the various programs and studios under the Warner Bros. Television Group including Warner Bros. Television, Warner Bros. Unscripted Television, Warner Bros. Animation, Cartoon Network Studios and Hanna Barbera Studios. The manager also oversees the various vendor relationships and serves as liaison between the internal and external departments as it pertains to expenses and budgeting as well as other operations duties of the publicity department
Your Role Accountabilities...
  • Manages billing for the department, and works with all vendors to process and pay invoices including managing the department's purchasing card(s) and other expenses.
  • In conjunction with the EVP and SVP, responsible for tracking, analyzing , and reporting on Warner Bros. Television Publicity efforts, including reach reporting, earned media valuations, budget tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • Manages vendor accounts and relationships for all aspects of publicity and talent relations in addition to ongoing research and vetting of new and existing services.
  • Liaison with internal and external departments on vendor management and expenses. Conducts ad hoc communications analysis and reporting for other divisions as requested.
  • Supports SVP in the research and analysis needed in recommending relevant media contacts, publications and vendors for publicity endeavors.
  • Assists with weekly reports and sends out distribution and Identifies new business opportunities for optimizing communications efforts.
  • Manages department timecards.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience...
Work Experience
  • 5 years Office Operations required
  • 5+ in the Entertainment field required
  • Experience in Publicity preferred

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
  • BA/BS or the equivalent experience required

Knowledge/Skills
  • Must be able to work independently and efficiently with little supervision.
  • Must be able to delegate and supervise another's work.
  • Must be able to communication tactfully and efficiently with all levels of colleagues
  • Must possess strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, and Internet browsers.
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Must have the ability to work well under time constraints and pressure.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $71,897.00 - $133,524.00 salary per year.
