Warehouse Operations Associate

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and inventory management in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None
Essential Job Functions:
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
  • Receiving: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stocking and organizing inventory, conducting regular cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as necessary.
  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe by following established safety guidelines and maintaining equipment.
  • Reporting: Complete paperwork, update logs, and maintain records related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot order issues and inventory discrepancies as they arise, reporting any concerns to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Cross-Training: Work with other departments as needed to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse required.
  • Familiar with inventory management and ordering products.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and with a team.
  • Ability to prioritize needs and shift focus quickly.
  • Ability to be flexible and dependable.
  • Ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, preferred.
  • Maintains a valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Physical Requirements:
  • Position will require utilizing a computer, talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, standing/walking and being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
  • Could work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
