The Role: Vice President Operations- MA THE OPPORTUNITY Seeking a strategic Vice President, Operations to oversee our Massachusetts market. This role will lead fiscal management, quality assurance compliance, patient experience, and team management in the Massachusetts market. This individual should be a self-driven, strategic, servant-minded leader based in or near the Peabody, MA or Chelmsford, MA area.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES Under the direction of the COO (Chief Operating Officer), the VP of Operations will grow volume, serve patients while improving their access to high quality care, and collaborate with Finance, and HR to provide leadership that drives operational, clinical, financial and team success. The VP of Operations will be focused on developing a culture of excellent customer service and innovation to better serve patients and foster collaboration with healthcare providers. The VP of Operations will develop strong working relationships and partnerships with clinicians and administrators to facilitate collaboration.

They will promote the company brand and participate in community activities that promote and enhance the organization. They will also be responsible for people leadership within the medical practices, with responsibility for the growth, development, and performance of the practices. A successful VP of Operations will have keen business and financial acumen and be able to aggregate data, their prior experience, and insights from their teams to make decisions that have a positive impact on their region as well as the entire organization.

VP of Operations must have excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively direct overall initiatives to maximize revenues and profits. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS The VP of Operations must be an individual with outstanding general management abilities and a proven record of accomplishment of operational leadership. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated record of successfully leading high growth and disciplined functions, divisions and/or organizations that consistently deliver and achieve critical performance metrics.

The successful candidate will bring an acute understanding of operational leadership and growth. The ideal candidate will be both data and relationship driven and have experience driving patient outcomes, revenues, and physician relationships. In addition, key attributes of a successful candidate will include the following: Proven record operational leadership with multi-site experience preferred but not required Experience leading healthcare operations that consistently deliver and achieve performance metrics.

Specific experience with an Orthopedic practice a plus. Experience hiring, developing, and leading high performing teams comprised of both operational and clinical staff. Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop direct reports for success.

Functional heritage and expertise in operations. Operational Leadership within the Healthcare Provider space, orthopedic preferred. EDUCATION Bachelor???s degree required.

Bachelor???s or master???s degree in business or a healthcare related field preferred. COMPENSATION An attractive compensation package including base salary, bonus package will be offered to attract the right individual to this opportunity.
