Volt is immediately hiring for Showroom Customer Service Representative in Corona, CA
As a Showroom Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Be entering customer orders accurately, completely, and in accordance with established procedures.
  • Be validating pricing, product selection, shipping details, and required dates prior to order release.
  • Be identifying discrepancies or potential issues and take corrective action before processing.
  • Be serving as the primary point of contact for assigned orders and related customer inquiries.
  • Be responding to Zendesk tickets within 4 business hours and manage inquiries through resolution.
  • Be communicating proactively with customers regarding order status, backorders, changes, or required clarifications.
  • Be making or receiving customer phone calls when necessary to clarify order details or resolve issues.

This is a full-time contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 1+ year of customer service and data entry experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
  • Experience with Oracle.
  • Experience with basic Excel as in data tracking.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00per hour
