Job description

Position Overview
CG Infinity is seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain data visualization solutions that empower business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau, data modeling, and storytelling through data, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and intuitive data visualizations
  • Build and optimize data sources, extracts, and dashboards for performance and usability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Conduct data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy
  • Implement best practices in data visualization, dashboard design, and governance
  • Maintain and enhance existing Tableau reports and dashboards
  • Integrate Tableau with various data sources (SQL databases, cloud platforms, APIs, etc.)
  • Support data-driven decision-making through compelling storytelling and analytics
  • Document solutions, processes, and technical designs

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Tableau development
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and/or Tableau Cloud
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle)
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
  • Experience building dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions
