Job description

Position Summary:
The Stadium Operations team delivers keg and package product to stadium and special event venues. Cleans and services draught beer dispensing equipment according to Anheuser-Busch and Silver Eagle Distributors, Inc. Policy.
What You'll Do:
  • Assists with deliveries to locations that include but are not limited to Minute Maid Park, NRG Stadium and Toyota Center
  • Services draught lines and completes documentation per Company Policy
  • Trouble Shoots technical help with service problems or problems arising when drawing a beer
  • Maintains a Company supplied tool box with all tools and supplies necessary to complete repairs, routine tap-ins and clean lines
  • Works games, concerts, and events as assigned. Includes the preparation of equipment, delivery of equipment and/or product, working and closing the event with correct documentation, cleaning and return of dispensing equipment
  • Installs paper (promotional and theme) and permanent P.O.S. as needed
  • Provides sales invoice to Company Cashiers to ensure proper settlement
  • Follows and strictly enforces Code Date Policy; informs management of potential code date problems
  • Adheres to strict safe working practices, Company policies, rules, regulations, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports to supervisor if not immediately correctable
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of general work experience preferred. Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a strong plus
  • Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
  • Daily, in person travel within the service territories of Silver Eagle required
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
  • Be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding work, to include frequent lifting of cases 25-40 pounds, and the frequent lifting and handling of kegs that weigh up to 161 pounds
  • Able to obtain and maintain Class A-CDL, and medical card
  • Able to handle alcohol, and work within T.A.B.C Guidelines
  • Must have a smart phone with a camera and data capability
  • Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and driving record within MVR policy guidelines

The Physical Requirements:
  • Talk, hear, and see (including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus)
  • Continuous standing and walking, up to 8 hours at a time
  • Continuous lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 20-161 lbs.
  • Ability to operate a two or four-wheel dolly
  • Must be able to push 300 lbs. dolly load and move 161 lbs. kegs
  • Must be able to safely operate a pallet jack
  • Frequent driving distances between 0-75 miles in one sitting
  • Frequent climbing, pushing, pulling and maneuvering dolly, hand truck, bay roll up doors, straps, curb ramps, truck doors, boxes, cases, kegs, truck gear shift
  • Must be able to shift a manual transmission vehicle
  • Exposure to indoor and outdoor weather conditions including high and low temperatures, wind, ice, humidity, rain, fog, hail, sleet and snow
  • Daylight, twilight, evening and dark lighting conditions
  • Noise, vibration, dust, dirt, airborne particles, fumes
  • Work hours will vary daily due to business needs
