The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic, consultative Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business and expand existing client relationships within financial services. This is not a transactional sales role.

Success in this position requires the ability to:

  • Sell complex, multi-year solution engagements
  • Navigate enterprise buying groups (Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, IT)
  • Position Toppan Merrill as a transformation partner, not a vendor
  • Connect upstream content workflows to downstream delivery and analytics outcomes

You will lead clients through the modernization of their regulatory communications ecosystem-delivering measurable business value, risk reduction, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

Strategic Selling & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies focused on landing and expanding enterprise clients
  • Originate, structure, and close multi-year, multi-solution agreements across the regulatory content lifecycle
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned to long-term revenue targets
  • Lead complex deal cycles, including commercial structuring, negotiation, and executive alignment

Solution & Value-Based Selling

  • Diagnose client challenges across:
    • Content creation and data management
    • Regulatory filing (including ICC requirements)
    • Composition and document automation
    • Omnichannel delivery (eDelivery, print, mail)
    • Reporting, analytics, and compliance oversight
  • Position integrated solutions that connect:
    • Upstream systems (content, data, conversion)
    • Midstream processes (composition, compliance, governance)
    • Downstream delivery & insights
  • Articulate a clear business case and ROI, including cost savings, risk mitigation, and scalability

Executive Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate executive workshops and discovery sessions to uncover transformation opportunities
  • Align internal and client-side stakeholders around shared outcomes and success metrics

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Solution Consulting, Product, Delivery, and Marketing to design and deliver compelling solutions
  • Lead internal deal teams to ensure alignment, differentiation, and competitive positioning
  • Provide voice-of-customer feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

Market & Industry Leadership

  • Maintain deep understanding of:
    • Regulatory environments in financial services
    • Industry trends in content management, automation, and digital communications
  • Represent Toppan Merrill in industry events, client forums, and thought leadership engagements

Who You Are

  • A hunter with a strategist's mindset-you pursue net-new opportunities but win through insight, not volume
  • A solution seller, comfortable navigating ambiguity and building tailored approaches
  • Skilled in orchestrating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and buying centers
  • Able to connect technology capabilities to business outcomes
  • A strong communicator who can translate technical concepts into executive-level value
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and driven by customer success and long-term partnerships

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, or document/content solutions.
  • Proven track record of:
    • Closing large, complex, multi-year deals
    • Selling into financial services organizations
  • Experience engaging with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Marketing stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in consultative / value-based selling methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

What Sets This Role Apart

  • The ability to work in an environment that encourages creativity and fresh ideas
  • Opportunity to sell end-to-end solutions, not point products
  • Direct impact on helping clients modernize their regulatory communications ecosystem
  • Alignment to a long-term platform vision (Quinn) while delivering immediate client value
  • Backed by deep domain expertise and a trusted brand in regulated markets
  • The opportunity to join a growing company that has just finished a record year of the highest results
  • The environment and culture to showcase your talent, sharpen your skills, and develop new capabilities, and be a part of a global team that develops revotionary technologies.

Compensation & Benefits

We understand that your skills deserve recognition. That's why we offer a competitive base pay scale ranging from $120,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience and expertise. Additional pay, including commissions and bonuses are available based on performance. We believe in compensating our dedicated team members fairly for their hard work and commitment. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.

Toppan Merrill strives to provide our employees and loved ones with competitive benefits including:
