Summary Description:
  • Under the direct supervision of the Asset Protection Lead, Asset Protection Supervisor, & the Sr. Compliance, Risk & Safety Manager, under the guidance of the Vice President (V.P.) of Corporate Compliance.
  • To plan and direct the company's efforts to prevent and minimize the loss of assets under the supervision of the Sr. Sr. The Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance

  • Ensures company property is not removed without proper approvals under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance.
  • Maintains appropriate inspection tours of the buildings and grounds to watch for and guard against fire, theft, illegal entry, infractions of safety regulations, and other irregularities under the supervision of the Sr. Compliance, Risk, and Safety Manager with input from The V.P. of Human Resources & Compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Employment Standards:
Education/Experience:
  • High School education minimum, Bachelor of Arts Degree preferred.
  • Three years experience in security, loss prevention, and investigative services; One supervisory experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision; flexible and adaptable in handling security matters 24 hours, 7 days a week.
  • Ability to work with all levels and management.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a basic understanding of computers and how they operate.
  • Ability to solve problems as they arise.
  • Ability to react appropriately in a stressful situation.
