Multiple General Dentist Opportunities – Uvalde, TX

Full-Time | Permanent Roles | Looking for both an experienced dentist and open to new graduates as well | Excellent Benefits Package


About the Opportunity

We’re seeking 2-3 full time General Dentists to join a well-established (43 years) Federally Qualified Healthcare facility in Uvalde, TX. This is an outstanding opportunity to provide quality care in a supportive environment — with generous benefits and housing assistance to help you settle in comfortably.


Hours: There are two clinics within the system. One offers a Monday - Friday, 8-5 schedule and the other a Monday - Thursday, 4 X 10 shcedule.


Skillset:

New graduates will be mentored and trained. They may rotate between two clinics within Uvalde. Looking for someone comfortable with bread and butter dentistry willing to train in areas such as surgical extractions, endo and peds.


We're looking for an experienced dentist who is comfortable with surgical extractions, all endo including molar and someone comfortable treating and doing pediatric procedures (nearest specialist is 80 miles away).



Compensation & Benefits

  • Housing Allowance: $1,000/month for the first year
  • Example: A current dentist rents a nearby brownstone for $1,050/month (after bills), nearly covered by the allowance.
  • Health Insurance:
    • PPO with Blue Cross Blue Shield
    • 100% of premium covered for full-time employees
    • $5,000 deductible, offset by a $5,900 Visa card to cover deductible expenses each year
  • Paid Holidays: 12 Federal Holidays
  • PTO:
    • Year 1: 6 days
    • Year 2: 16 days
    • Year 3+: 26 days annually
  • 401K with a flat contribution of 3% of gross income
  • Loan Forgiveness - if they qualify, based on the govt situation
