Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
As a Controller, you will take the reins of our financial operations, overseeing accounting systems for multiple restaurant locations.

  • Lead & Mentor: Oversee and cultivate a high-performing accounting team built on trust and productivity.

  • Drive Strategy: Provide comprehensive, biweekly, monthly, and annual financial updates to senior management, helping guide critical operational and growth decisions.

  • Optimize Systems: Manage internal safeguards for revenue, costs, and budgets while ensuring our financial systems are running at peak efficiency.

  • Compliance & Payroll: Streamline payroll processes and ensure multi-unit tax compliance across all local and national regulations.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional accounting experience, with a mandatory background in the multi-unit restaurant industry.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA certification is strongly preferred.

  • Tech Savvy: Robust proficiency with restaurant-specific financial platforms—specifically Restaurant365 and Toast (highly preferred).
