  • Weekend - $4.00/hour
  • Lead - $3.25/hour
  • Preceptor - $1.00/hour
  • Per Diem - 15% (on base plus steps, in lieu of benefits)
  • Certification - $2.00/hour
  • Weekend Coord Pay (chg) - 15% on regular pay

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Speech Therapist is responsible for implementation of standards of care for speech language pathology services and for adherence to all conditions in the Service Agreement.
EDUCATION
  • Possesses a degree, which includes an internship from an approved Master's program in Speech Language Pathology, or as required by applicable law and/or regulation.

EXPERIENCE
  • 2 years home health care experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one-year clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Meets the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, granted by the American Speech-Language - Hearing Association (ASHA).

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS
  • Current Speech Language Therapy License required.
  • Current BLS certification required.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license required.
  • Proof of insurance on automobile used for work required.
  • Driving record in compliance with OMC standards currently in effect or as may be amended, required. See HR Policy Driving for OMC Business.

OTHER
  • OMHH issued work cell phone provided.
  • Must have computer internet connectivity (OMHH work laptop provided).
  • Must have reliable automobile transportation to travel to patient residences.
