Job description

Work you'll do / Responsibilities

You will support a Data & Analytics Foundry operating across numerous business product teams in a scaled staff augmentation model, serving as a shared data product and analytics resource across the Media Network analytics framework.

  • Proactively identify, document, and catalog gaps in existing data products that are causing delays, inefficiencies, or limitations.
  • Translate identified gaps into a centralized intake process and shared backlog for prioritization and execution.
  • Partner across pods and business product teams to align priorities, dependencies, and resolution plans.
  • Coordinate shared resources and cross-functional contributors to address data product issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as a cross-pod connector to drive representation, alignment, and consensus across teams.
  • Elevate point solutions into scalable, reusable, and governed capabilities that improve measurement consistency and reduce duplication.
  • Define and maintain data product requirements, successful metrics, and user adoption KPIs.
  • Conduct product experiments and support market and user research to better understand data consumption patterns and feature needs.
  • Prioritize enhancements and product features based on business value, user demand, feasibility, and impact.
  • Document data product roadmaps, release plans, and operational support requirements.
  • Analyze and measure product performance and partner with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver iterative improvements.
  • Evaluate data usability, quality, and business value to inform product decisions.
  • Apply familiarity with data modeling and BI concepts to support effective product design and analytics enablement.
  • Support governance, metadata, and documentation standards to improve transparency, usability, and trust in data products.
  • Communicate regularly with engagement leadership, project team members, and functional and technical stakeholders, including escalating issues requiring management attention.
  • Independently and collaboratively support client engagement workstreams focused on improving analytics capabilities, resolving delivery bottlenecks, and driving operational outcomes.

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing datasets.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and data product requirements.
  • Ability to define success metrics and user adoption KPIs for data products.
  • Experience analyzing data usability, quality, and business value.
  • Understanding data consumption patterns and feature prioritization.
