The Project Manager is accountable for all aspects of project delivery through to final closure and ensures approval of deliverables. They contribute to managing resources to achieve objectives within defined timelines and budgets.<\/span>
<\/p>

The role involves organizing, directing, and controlling the human, material, financial, and technological resources required to deliver one or more medium\- to very large\-scale, cross\-functional projects. The Project Manager is responsible for the project plan and acts as the central point of contact for all contributors involved in project delivery (sponsor, managers, and contributors), leveraging strong planning and coordination skills.<\/span>
