Job description

HealthPartners Riverway Anoka Clinic is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day. 

As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.  Experience preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Extended Care Model: The schedule is 5 days on and 9 days off model. 

There is some flexibility with the schedule. 

Biweekly Schedule: 

Week 1: 

Monday: OFF

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: OFF

Thursday: 9:00am - 8:00pm

Friday: 9:00am - 8:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm 

Sunday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

With plenty of pickleball and tennis courts, 30 parks, and a beautiful golf course next door, there's something for everyone in Anoka.
