Job description

Do you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, cook-to-order environment? Are you a natural leader who would enjoy running a shift while earning weekly bonuses and tips? Then this is the job for you!

As a Shift Supervisor, you would play a key role in running a successful shift. This includes crew assignment, training and motivation of your team during your shift. Producing top-quality burgers, fries and milkshakes, providing a top-notch customer service experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and appealing kitchen and dining room is what we’re all about!

In addition to competitive base pay ($15+/hour), we offer weekly bonuses and tips (avg. $1.75 per hour on top of base wages), paid-time-off, and free meals during your shift. There is also opportunity for advancement for well-performing employees who are looking to grow their careers with us. We are always looking for great people to build our team and love to promote from within!
