Pay: $17.00 per hourJob description:Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our Lighting manufacturing team in Bell, CA. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours and the potential for permanent placement based on performance and attendance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in light assembly, basic power & hand tools, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble LED lighting components and fixtures according to specifications

Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Perform wiring, mounting, and basic electrical assembly tasks

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Follow production schedules and meet daily quotas

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures

Qualifications

Previous consistent assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

Experience with hand tools and basic electrical wiring is a plus

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Strong attention to detailReliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to read, write, and speak English to understand safety guidelines, work instructions, and communicate with supervisors and team members
